LOTTERY PROCESS AT JAN REIMER 2025/2026 SCHOOL YEAR
Jan Reimer will continue to have a lottery process in place for new resident attendance area students enrolling at the school for the 2025–26 school year. This will not impact current students who attend the school.
The school will not accept new registrations from families in the attendance area if the student is not a resident of Edmonton Public Schools. In most cases, a resident student of Edmonton Public Schools has at least one parent or legal guardian living in Edmonton who is not Roman Catholic.
Resident students who aren’t selected through the lottery process can attend the overflow designated school, Satoo School (K-Grade 6) or KISÊWÂTISIWIN School (Grade 7-9), a Division school with space in planned classes, or remain at their current school, if applicable.
Siblings of current students attending Jan Reimer
New resident students in the attendance area who have a sibling returning to the school next year will get priority, but are not guaranteed to attend.

TRANSPORTATION TO OVERFLOW DESIGNATED SCHOOLS
Yellow bus service to SATOO SCHOOL or KISÊWÂTISIWIN SCHOOL will be available for eligible students. Bus fees will apply.
Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) is the preferred transportation method for junior high and high school students; however, if ETS does not meet Division standards, eligible students attending their overflow designated school may be able to apply for yellow bus service. Bus fees will apply.
Information for new and current riders and application forms can be found on the Applying for Yellow Bus Service page on epsb.ca.
